It is also a great place to take some time out to relax. Trees and shrub can be viewed in every direction and you are close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing in. The Bongaree Caravan Park is anoher popular option as it is a little closer to the Pumicestone Passage, ensuring it offers a completely different appeal. This park is somewhat more open and the waters here are frequented by dolphins and dugongs, which are often spotted frolicking around here. This ideal location makes you central to everything on the island, including some of the best shops and cafes.
